Together manifest: Gabby Banda Interview

When starting to work with the idea of inclusive beauty -  a glamour that includes those with walking or speech challenges, I had not considered the people it would reach. As soon as it went up, I was contacted by Gabby Banda's mom, Teresa, about the way the series touched her and her daughter. REAL LADY ART EXISTS!

It has been quite some time that I have been thinking of the battle for acknowledgment and respect for that which uniquely comes out of a ladybodyconciousness. I have been trying to articulate, even if only in my imagination, a fuller expression of feminism that expands instead of just inserting. And then I happened into Carmina Sloenica's Toxic Psalm which in the most lady way speaks truth, pain, anger, joy, gentle and being.
