Marriage of Light
An Interactive Installation Outside the Great Synagogue of Jerusalem
Following “Binding Light” — A New Chapter in Public Ritual
Situated just outside the Great Synagogue of Jerusalem, Marriage of Light transformed a public space into a living site of encounter.
Marriage of Light is the next step in the evolving exploration of light as a medium for connection, presence, and sacred exchange building upon the foundations of Binding Light. Still banned from gathering for the high holidays due to government lockdowns, visitors were invited to come and bind their “light” aka prayers together symbolically.
